The Distribution BridgeThe Challenge: A European client was managing multiple Japanese suppliers from their headquarters. While the suppliers were high-quality, the "flow" of information and goods was plagued by lag, miscommunication, and non-optimal shipping routes.The AdD Intervention: Our team conducted an on-site visit to the Japanese facilities.
